Competitive pickleball on Oahu

REC+ (recplus.app) is a free, invite-only community of about 150 competitive players on Oahu. We built it because finding a court is only part of finding a good game. Players also need a reliable level, a clear format, and someone willing to host.

Sessions have a level

REC+ sessions use three tiers: 4.0–4.5, 4.5–5.0, and 5.0+. A player’s access is based on a connected DUPR rating or a vouch from a current member, not a rating typed into a profile.

Tier gates are not a claim that every game will be identical. They set a useful floor so players and hosts start with the same expectation.

Hosts run the games

Every session has a host. The host chooses the court, time, format, and capacity. Hosts also manage the lineup and communicate the details players need before arriving.

Formats include open play, challenge court, round robin, tournaments, training, and singles. REC+ provides the coordination layer; the host remains responsible for the game.
